If the Military Service Bill is disposed of this week, the Government intends to make every effort to sub--mit. the Budget next. week, probably 011 Tuesday or Wednesday. In view of the bulky petitions for legislation to provide" for 6 o'clock closing of hotel bars, temperance propagnndists have been hopeful of seeing a Bill introduced.with that object.
