SHAKESPEARE A MYTH. New York, April 24. The Chicagd Circuit Court has decided that Bacon wrote Shakespjeare's plays. Selig, a-'motion picture manufacturer, sued Fabyan, a publisher, for an injunction compelling Fabyan to refrain* from publishing books supporting the Baconian theory, as it interfered with motion pictures. The Court refused the injunction, holding that Bacon was really the author, Shakespeare' u name being merely, a disguise.
