A PLUCKY MARINER.
London, April 17, C.-i Op.it...it.. A British merchant vessel, the steafned Dueudes, was attacked on March 25th by gunfire without warning by a German submarine. The master, _ Captain Alban Cbittenden, by judgment, pluck and skill, succeeded In saving the ship from destruction, although she was hit nine times.
