Wellington,, April 16. In the Magistrate's Court to-day Alexander Lindsay was lin-ai £2-5 ova charge'of being the occupier of premises in Vivian street wftorein beer was sold, or in default one month in gaol. lHc was also fined £50 or two months' imprisonment for selling liquor without a license.
