UNIONIST WAR COMMITTEE.
London, April 13. At a meting of seventy members of the Unionist War Committee it was decided that Sir Edward Carson should submit a motion embodying a general conscription policy, as expressed in the resolution of March 21st. It is stated that it is believed that 50 votes in favour of general compulsory military service are certain, while 100 are expected, and the latter is regarded as a sufficient number to force the Cabinet to adopt such ;>, measure or face the disruption of tlio Coalition Ministry.
