He came to Dover yesterday, and ,invite-d two officers to lunch, saying he had come "to do a bit of spying" on behalf of Lieutenant Temberton Billing, M.P., whom thei "Daily. Mail", was running.. Tim police appeared in the middle of the lunch, and Middleton was arrested.
