CONDITIONS IN TURKEY.

Advices from Constantinople state that two heavy Austrian batteries have arrived at Constantinople, replacing German bateries.
Tho Turks are clamouring for peace, and have petitioned the Sultan on the subject. There is also a similar petition from Anatolia.
The Germans, fearing a j evolt, ordered their naval officers to remain- on board, their vessels in readiness for emergencies."
