REPORTED AGREEMENT WITH

A Copenhagen message says that the "Berliner Tageblatt" declares that there is an agreement between Germany aiid Roumania of the most important, character. It shows that Roumania will not attack the Austro-German forces uuless the Allies make progress either eastward or westward of Salonika or other Balkan countries join the Allies. The newspaper adds that Roumania does not intend to!, join Germany, and that ottly necessitous circumstances circumstances have forced Roumania to enter into a commercial agreement with Austria and Germany.
