GERMAN VERSION OF THE
SURRENDER

A German wireless message contains details of the alleged Montenegrin surrender, asserting that she agreed to capitulate unconditionally. King Nicholas wrote to the Emperor Francis Joseph asking for generous conditions for his unhappy country.
When the troops reached the environs of Cettinje a civic delegation formally surrendered the city, and also the archives and public buildings.
The wireless message admits that the populace are rioting. Austria-n troops are suppressing the disorders and martial law is in force at Cettinje.
