The "Pctifc Parisien" says that the Germans have requested the Serbian exMinisters to convoke a new Skupshtina.
The Kaiser promised to open it and appoint his son or an Austrian, prince as King. The ex-Ministers refused despite the worst threats. Their fate is not known.
Germany is riot allowing anybody to leave Serbia.
