MATRICULATION EXAMINATION.

Wellington, Jan. 26. Hie following are results of the matriculation examination held in December last. M. signifies passed matriculation ; S. solicitors' general .knowledge ; P. medical preliminary; and E. engineering preliminary- Where a candidate has already obtained a partial pass, or, having actually passed the examination, wishes to complete his qualification for one of the other entrance examinations, "comp." appears opposite the name:—
