It was itfst one week over three months after the first meeting of milk (suppliers that the factory was opened for the reception of milk. The company was registered as a public company on October 11th, and two days later the contract had been let for tho erection of the building, and another contract for the installation of the machinery and-plant. Mr. Haycock, in seconding tho motion, said the success of the company was practically assured. The motion was then earned unanimBefore proceeding to the election of directors, Mr. Haycock moved and Mr. P Button seconded a very hearty vote of thanks to Mr. ChisnaU for the. way he had fulfilled his duties as chairman and aflting-Becretary in the initial stages of the formation of tho company. • ■ ■ • ■ The motion was put by the secretary and carried unanimously amidst apnlauso. After a ballot the following were elected directors: —Messrs. J. E. Bartlett G. E. Chisnall, E. Robinson. W. C. Hammond, C W. Bird, J. A. Haycock, and L. J. Best. The chairman congratulated- th« shareholders on securing the services of so capable a manager as Mr. J. A. Adams, late of the Eiverbauk Factory, Woodvilie.

Tho first shipment of cheese will probably be made this week, and from evidence of support, from shareholders it is expected that another vat will have to be installed next season.

A^t a subsequent meeting of the new directors Mr. Chisnall was unanimous* ly elected chairman on the motion of Mr. Bartlott, seconded by Mr. Hayconk.
