In the Court of Appeal, in the; case .Rex. v. Began, -the Chief Justice intimated this morning that the case was of such importance that it had been arranged, with tho consent of the Governor ir. Council, that the case should bo reargued before a Cotirt consisting of both divisions of the Court of Appeal. The argun.ent will be taken on September 27th. ..'■■<■
It was argued for the defence in theabove. cas3 that en eh count of the indictment, should have been heard separately. There was also a question as to the admissibility of certain evidence
