M. RODOSLAVOFF INTERVIEWED.

M. Rodoslavoff, the Premier, interviewed, said the present situation regarding neutrality cannot exist indefinitely, but in order to induce Bulgaria to enter the war she must have Macedonia, which was Bulgaria's Alsace. The army had been reconstituted since 1913, and was commanded by yoiing arid active officers. They were ready for all eventualities.
