ALLOCATION OF PROFITS

The gross takings at the recent horticultural and industrial show at Stoke amounted to £143 17s sd. There was a. net profit of £100, besides which a sum of £23 was paid in +m. the-Belgian Relief Fund account in. Wellington', being the proceeds of the sale <;f fruit senb to Wellington ,!>y Mio Stoko, Tax-. man and Moutere Fruitgrowers' Associations. At a meeting of the show committee at Stolqrlast night, an allocation of the profit was made as follows: £20 to the Belgian Relief Fund. °.m to the Red Cross Fund, £10 to the Anaesthetics Emergency Fund, and £50 to be banked for future disposal.
