Zurich, June 13. "There is intense, heat in AustriarHimgary. A drought'since April is causing anxiety for the harvest. Thereis serious rioting at Buda Pest owing to thc^ clearness of food. Beef is costing forty pence per pound. The mob attacked the butchers' and precision shops.
