Tho ''Suns. Louden correspondent states that Robert Rosenthal, who-was arrested 'in London on June 4th, confessed that ho was ftont by Captain Priecer, head of tho German spy system, .who had "a perfect equipment for tho manufacture of fraudulent American passports. Ho suggested that if Rosenthal was afraid-to travel oir an emergency passport issued at Berlin at the beginning of the war, he could give him another.
Priccer showed him American passports in proper form on the'proper parchment, and also forged dies whereby the- United' States seal could be. renroduced.
Rosonthal has attempted to commit suicide since llis arrest. ~ The "Sun" says Rosenthal's confession regarding Priecer is corroborated by incontrovertible evidence in New York.
