Town Clerk's Office, sth June, 1915. ■jVOXICE is hereby given that at -a Special Meeting of the Nelson City Council, held on tho 4th day of Juno, 1915, a resolution was passed as follows :—■ "That the Interest and Sinking Funds (if any)-on the undermentioned special loans for the year1 ending 31st March, 1916, after deducting any other moneys (if any) which may be available for the payment of euch interest and sinking funds, bo paid out of the General' Fund, namely:—Abattoir Loan 1899, £7500 (Interest 4 per cent, per annum); Tramway Loan, 1901, £1250 (Interest' 4 per cent, per annum, and Sinking Fund 1 per cent, per annum); General and Drainage Renewal Loan, 1905, £4000 (Interest 4-J-. per cent, per annum, and Sinking Fund H Vev cent, per annum); Gas Loan, 1906, £2500 (Interest 4| per cent, per annum, and Sinking Fund 1$ Per cent. per annum); Bridges Reinstatement Loan, 1907, £2500 (Interest 4£ per cent, per annum, and Sinking Fund 1-J----t>er cent. per..annum) ; Rocks Road Rehowal Loan, 1912, £4000 (Interest 4 per cent, per annum, and Sinking Fund 13s 4d per cent, per annum); and Waterworks Land Purchase Loan, 1912, £1200 (interest 4£ per cent, per annum, and Sinking Fund 1£ P?r cent, per annum). And that the interest on the Abattoir Loan, 1899, and the Interest and Sinking Fund on the Gas Reticulation Loan, ~" 1906. and the Waterworks Land Puvehase Loan, 1912, as aforesaid, be made charges, against tho Abattoir and Gasworks and Waterworks revenue respectively. And notice is hereby also given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the said Council, to be held in the City Council I Chamber, Nelson, on the 2nd day of July,' 1915, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
