GERMAN PRESS COMMENTS
Amsterdam, June 10,
The "Cologne Gazette" regards Mr. Bryan's resignation as a triumph for German-Americans, It states that Mr. Bryan always expounded neutrality in favour of Germany's enemies.
. Other Berlin newspapers declare that the resignation can hardly be regarded as favourable to Germany.
