The Haras Agency correspondent at Athens gays the departure of German families from Constantinople is regarded as an indication that they are becoming concerned at the position of the Turkish armr.
The peace party is gaining headway, and a movement is on foot to replace the Cabinet with Tewfik Pasha as Grand Vizier.
