A largo iU^otii'p; of Kugby footballers decided 1o l'onu a Rugby unit ov the Citizens' Defence Corps. It is believed that 200 members will bo enrolled.
Major Murphy, speaking of the value of sport as an aid io e'TicJeiK-y, said that neither bo nor anyone connected with the Defence- Department wished to see football dropped. It was- a fact that trained footballers, at tho Dardanelles had often ietl tho charge.
