RESTRICTION OF EXTORTS

Wellington, April 6. A "Gazette Extraordinary issued to-day revokes a number of Orders m Council affecting the prohibition of exports in consequence of the war, and consolidates the position under the Following schedules. A new list of contraband absolute and conditional is also published for public information:— Second schedule.—Goods the exportation of which is prohibited to any destination except with the eonseratr of tho Minister of Customs: Coal, flour, oatmeal, wheat,.oats, forage (i.e., grass, clover, or oaten sheaf hay, -oaten shea* chaff, bran). , Third schedule.—Goods the exportation of which v prohibited to any other destination 'than the United, Kinpdom, except with the consent ot the Minister of Customs: Frozen mut■Sn and lamb, chilled and frozen beef or veal, rabbits, tinned meats.
