TEERS.
(Received March 7, 0.15 a.m.)
London, April 6

Dillon, M.P., speaking at a National Volunteer convention at Dublin, said that some day the war would be over, and when the hour came for the supreme appeal to the National Volunteers if they could march 50,000 armed and disciplined men through Dublin, it would show that a free and indivisible Ireland mast be conceded.
