It is reported that vort Bulow is understood to have proposed a new solution of the Austro-Italian boundary question: His suggestion was that the territory which Austria might cede to Italy should be occupied by Switzerland during the war. 'Italy, rejected the proposals. The-exodus of ■ Austrians and Germans from Italy continues.
