A Mexican lady writes that the country is overrun with lawless bands. Different revolutionary chiefs help themselves to anything procurable, and other bands repeat the process. The paper money issued by one party jb repudiated by the next, and it is. difficult to procure the necessaries of Me with worthless notes. All trade has been paralysed.
