Batcs's weather forfionst: Present indications are for moderate to wfcro-na; easterly winds generally ; the barometer is likely to rise soon for a short time in the'Nortn, but- fall shortly fn the South ; a temporary improvement in the weather may be expected in the North, but a clvmpe is probable early in the week in the South,.with increasing cloudiness and freshening northerly winds.
