GERMAN TRANSPORT WAGGONS FROM AMERICA.

Paris, March 17

The "Matin" says that Germany, when preparing for war, ordered 8000 motor waggons from an American company for the purpose of transporting troops from one front to another. Thanks to the Allies' fleets, the waggons have not reached their destination.
