CHANCELLOR'S TRIBUTE TO WELSH CHURCHMEN.

Welsh members made a heated attack on the Government for assenting to the new Bill.
Mr. Lloyd George replied, praising the work the Welsh Churchmen were doing towards raising a Welsh division. Their whole energies were absorbed in the war, and it was impossible to ask them to .collect money for other purposes. v
