A FIRE INQUIRY.

Alter several sittings a conclusion was reached to-day of the inquiry into the circumstances attending the destruction by fire on October 3rd of a grocer's shop in Taranaki street, occupied by Claude Browne, The Magistrate; stated that, though the circumstances were suspicious, there was insufficient evidence to warrant a rinding that Browne set alight to the shop.
