Invercargill, Oct. 6. At the Wallaeetown stock sale yesterday there was a keen demand for fat stock of all descriptions. Extra prime fat wethers fetched from 30s to 34sr, and prime bullocks realised as^ high as £20 per head, which is a record for ihti yards and equal to 44s per 1001b. Freezing buyers woe operating keenly, boUi for beef and for mutton.
