Christchurch, Oct. 6. At the Police Court to-day, Heiuy Mather was fined £20 and costs for selling liquor without a license. A Policeman in plain clothes entered the defendant's shop on Sunday, and, attei saying that he had had "a night out, was sold a nip for a shilling.
