A non-profit making compaoy hun been formed with a capital of £215/iOO under the control of the German War Office, to take over all stocks of wool requisitioned by the German army ?n Belgium, France, and Russia. These stocks will be distributed araoag German manufacturers in proport* ju to the military contracts they have received.

Large stocks have already been seized in Belgium and France, and also on the Russian frontier, where ths Russians unloaded many trains for the purpose of transporting troops.
