John Alexander McKinnon,. a young man who arrived from London under escort on 82 charges invelving misappropriation of £3000 at Christchurch, was this morning brought before the Magistrate's Court. In "Court, he was formally charged with the theft of, £4.4, thk* property of the. New Zealand Express Company. McKinaon was remanded to appear at Christchurch to-morrow, on hail
