GUNS RECOVERED PROM THE SEA.

While fishing 35 miles off Sunderland, the steam trawler Lord Chancellor brought up from the ocean bed a huge bundle of muskets. Antiquarians who have .examined the find consider that they date from before Nelson's time, and that they are relics of some futile gun-running venture by a Dutch galleon. Other trawlers bound for the Dogger Bank intend to traverse the course of the discovery in the hope that other treasure may be located.
