MAN WITH BOMBS.
FRENCH PRESIDENT'S PERIL
Paris, May 30.
A bomb maniac named Pechause, who is suspected of murderous designs on the President, M. Poincare, has been arrested at Lyons. He.had several bombs in his possession. One was held in place on the small of his back by wires connected with an electric switch on his chest. The police exploded the bomb on waste ground and proved that if it had burst, it would have blown the" wearer and his immediate neighbours to pieces. :' ' V /• v ' -' -: ' v.• " ■•■■•■
