Dunedin, March 1". Advice received from PuJmerston torfcrht says that James Rr.ss. a married man with four or five children }\as found dying on a road at Cm-en \alle> to-day. He was taken to Dunback, but died before a doctor arrived. Debased was a shepherd, ana had been <1 riving a mob of shcop.
