PANAMA CANAL TOLLS.
I MR. PAGE'S SPEECH. A SATISFACTORY~EXPLANATION. Washington, March 16. President Wilson regards Mr. Page's explanation of his speech in London on the Panama Canal tolls question, as satisfactory, and the incident is closed as far as the Administration 13 concerned. The President is satisfied that Mr. Page referred to the Panama Canal. Tolls Repeal Bill as "not te please England" instead of "not merely to please England."
