SEA PLANE CARRIERS.

The Navy Estimates include £80,972 the first instalment for the construction of ships to carry i ea-planes. It is stated that the plane carrier will act as the mother ship to submarines. Aviators' will thence scout and report by wireless for the purpose of directing the operations of the submarines.
