These two teams met for the third time on Saturday. The wicket had not dried well and was on the damp side. Old Boy$" winning the toss took first strike, and had 50 on for the first wicket. After this scoring was very slow, and seven wickets we're down for 122, but the last wicket (the team baited two short) put on 25, and the total was 147." Kamura started badly and did not pick up for some time. Seven were down for 63 when S. Barnett and Pike made a useful stand of 47, after which Pike and Clark added a further 29 and are still unbeaten. Thus, after being 84 in arrear with three wickets to fall, Kamura require only eight to catch Old Boys with two wickets to fall. The fielding on both sides was below the mark, Kamura dropping several caiches, and Old Boys' ground fielding was very slack at the finish. The scores are :—
