PREMIER'S VISIT TO NELSON.

TO ARRIVE NEXT FRIDAY.

Wellington, March a.

The Prime Minister, the Right Hon.J W. F. Massey,.leaves Wellington- on Monday upon a tour of Nelson, the West Coast, and Canterbury. He will open the new railway wharf at Picton on Tuesday, and afterwards visit Blenheim, and the Hillersden estate just thrown open for settlement. He is due in Havelock on Wednesday night. Next day will be spent in the "Sounds, and on Friday he will reach Nelson, making the latter place the centre. Mr. Massey intends to spend several days on short trips. Going on to the West Coast on the following Tuesday, his Canterbury visits will follow, and he is due in Wellington*again in about three weeks.
