Mr. Munro-Ferguson, who has been appointed Governor-General of the Commonwealth, in taking farewell of his constituents, said he confidently believed that there would be a, peaceful settlement of tile ImTf question. He believed that Mr. Asquith would iind a way. While conserving the principles they had fought for for years, it should be practicable to devise a form of home" rule wihin home rule that would satisfy the north of Ireland.
