.In a match against Natal Marylebone in the first innings made 132. Cox took 3 wickets for 29 runs. The second innings produced 235. Tuckett took 3 wickets for 26, and Carter 4 for 32. In the first innings Natal r lade 153 (Taylor 91), and in the second lest six wickets for 216 (Taylor, >ot cut, 100). In Natal's first innings Barnes captured 5 wickets for 44.
