A WILD MELEE.

MRS. PANKHURST'S HOUSE

GUARDED

(Received Feb. 11, 11.35 p.m.) London, Feb. 11

The supposed Mrs. Pankhurst addressed a meeting of 500 persons. Pandemonium reigned when she appeared, the suffragettes and the police alike mistaking her for Mrs. Pankhurst. She was hither and thither, and at one time she and two suffragettes were on the ground, with police sprawling above, the crowd meantime attacking * the police with sticks and clogs. Seven were arrested, each carrying a pair of Indian clubs. It is believed that Mrs. Pankhurst remains at Camden Hill. A squad of police are guarding the exits of the house.
