Wellington, Feb. 11. -I understand" that the- trouble recently reported at the Otira 'tunnel has been amicably settled. The two men who were dismissed for a breafch of instructions have been reinstated in different work, and are going on at the maximum rate. The greater difficulty of working at the Bealey end is making progress slower.
