THE GUILDHALL MEETING

London, Feb. 9. The. Lord Mayor, who presided, pointed out that the meeting^ was nonpolitical.

The Hon. T. Mackenzie who represented New Zealand, said the Dominion .was not yet-.competent to do all that was necessary to secure the safety in transit of its produce, but it was" prepared to do; its share towards maintaining the fleet.
