No. 4 is open for competition amongst District horses only, by which term is meant a horse that has been running in the district for three months prior to the races, and has been the bona fide property of a resident of the same period, from the 26th September, 1913, to 26th December, 1913. 2. The District shall comprise the Buller Basin from its source at Rooklands Farm and the Landing, and the Motueka River Basin from its source to the junction of the Wangapeka ami Motueka Rivers. 3. All nominations and acceptances must be addressed to the Secretary, and contain ' the full amount of entrance money, with name, age, colour, pedigree (if any), and performances of all horses, and colours of the jockey. 4. Nominations for all events close at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 31st. 5. Weights declared on Tuesday, November 11th, 1913. 6. Acceptances for all events close at 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 6th, 1913. I 7. The winner of the Buller Cup to carry 71bs. penalty in the Braeburn Handicap. 8. No dogs allowed on the Course. ' 9. All races to be run under the N.Z.
