INCURSIONS INTO SERVIAN TERRITORY.
FRONTIER ENCOUNTERS. PROTEST TO THE POWERS. Belgrade, Sept 21. Owing to Albanian incursions, the Government is about to re-occupy the strategic position which the Powers compelled Servia to abandon. There have been several sanguinary encounters on the frontier, and 50 wounded have been brought to Belgrade. ! Servia has addressed the Powers, contending that it is their duty to prevent incursions into new Servian territory, and urging a speedy organisation of the gendarmeries
