London, Aug 22, A fire at the Empire Music Hall tti j Chiswick was caused by the fusing of lan electric wire. The firemen's efforts to quell the conflagration were unavailing owing to their inability to lower the fire-proof curtain. The damage is estimated at £16,000. i
