(Received Aug 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, Aug 23. j The ' 'Daily Citizen" reports that as the outcome of the search for the missing necklace, the English, Continental and American police have discovered a jewel thieves' trust embracing several scientific thieves. The trust has established a worldwide network of agents for the disposal of stolen goods. Five pearls stolen a year ago were sold three months ago in an Australian mining town. The French police believe the trust's agents were recently busy at Wellingtop, N,ew Zealand, i ' ■
