It is reported that the Austrian Ambassador at St Petersburg has rof.igned. TJio "Neuo Freie Presse" hints that the resignation is due to his failure to report the Balkan Alliance in 1912j and his responsibility for the misunderstanding over the Russian demobilisation communique of March.
